For Christmas, anniversary, & birthday for the next 5 years....:) Kirk got me LASIK. (Dec 29, 2010) I was so excited. I have been wearing glasses since the 4th grade. That is a long time.

We went to Hoopes and they were awesome. They even bring around fresh baked cookies while you wait. Kim, Preston, & Kirk were there. (Thanks mom for watching Kyden) While waiting we were talking about our senses and it you had to loose one, and it didn't effect any of the others, which would you pick... That was easy for me taste. I could eat all the nasty healthy food and it wouldn't bother me at all... But mostly I love to see what God has created for me, Hear music and the words "I Love You", smell my clean baby and (touch)run my fingers through hair, and hold my hubby's hands.Here I am with my eyes shields. I wore these every time I slept for a week.

Its been a little over a week and my eyes are great! the day after I was seeing 20/15. Thank goodness for modern technology that can enhance our lives. thanks Kirk for the awesome gift!
