One of those Days.....

and more. So let me tell you a quick story. The other night I decided I would try and make some ice cream bowls made of chocolate. You make these by blowing up balloons and spraying them then dipping them in the chocolate letting them cool then popping the balloon and pulling it out. You are then left with a chocolate bowl. Anyway, I had dipped one and I put another one into be dipped and all of a sudden POP!! the balloon pops and then like dominoes the other one pops. I look around and there is pink chocolate everywhere. On the ceilings across the room on the mirror, in the plants, on Kirk's back, in my hair, all over me, on the floor, under the cupboards, on the cupboards, on the lights, and anywhere else you can imagine. I laughed it was quite humorous at first. Then I started looking around and seeing that their was chocolate quite literally on everything..... I was pretty upset seeing as it happened to be the beginning of this week that I had started Spring Cleaning. I had spent 2 whole days cleaning that kitchen from top to bottom and now it was ruined all because I was trying to be fancy..... Kirk saw the tears welling up and started to help me clean. While we were cleaning Ky is playing and having fun in the kitchen with us and the next thing we know he is crying. screaming more like it and we look at him and his fingers are smashed under the step stool which he is laying on and his face is against the floor... No idea how that happened. Anyway my son got this as his battle wound...
That's right folks a big ole fat lip. and his nose had a teeny bit of blood.. But he only cried for like 5 mins then he was done and off sucking on ice....

Oh brother. Yes, it was one of those days. But on the other days we have so much fun. I made jigglers cause Jell-o is Kirk's favorite. Come to find out Ky likes it as well.

But he had to play with it quite thoroughly before he could eat it.
We also have fun lounging around. It happens quite often. We love those days....
