6 Years

 Time seriously goes by so fast. (Most of the time anyway) Kirk and I celebrated our 6th anniversary on the 30th of December. Kirk only worked 1/2 day so we spent some much needed time just together. Then we recruited 2 of Kyden's favorite people "su-su" (Sue Sue) "a-yi" (ahh-e)(Kent/uncle and Nikki/aunt) to watch Kyden while Kirk and I went out on a date.

We stopped at Winger's for dinner. That was quite and experience. Kirk's wings were raw.... so they replaced them, then the chicken ont he rice bowl was a little raw. Needless to say they ended up paying for our meal which was very generous. We had a good time regardless. We talked about our favorite times and the harder things.

 We walked across the street to the theaters and say Sherlock Holmes. It was a really good movie. We had free tickets so our anniversary was pretty much free... I'd say that was a success. Not to mention Kirk and I have so much fun together. Sometimes life gets so busy that we don't have time to enjoy each other and remember who we fell in love with in the first place. We are going to try date nights more often.
