VeGaS!!

Before I get into that I wanted to just show how cute and smart my baby is. He is so observant and picks up on things.. He now holds the phone up to his ear... Kirk, Alyssa and I started the drive to vegas without incident but then we hit mesquite and the truck lost power... oh geez... Because it wasn't our truck but a state truck we had to wait for them to take care of it. Atleast we got to ride in a tow truck. then we waited for 2 hours in a tire shop... Let's just say we were all pretty tired and bugged... Total time it took to get back on the road..4 hours.
We made it just in time to the Cashman Fair and helped out with that and after we went to Cheesecake factory in Cesars. The aqarium there is awesome. You can't really see the fish.. It was fish or us....

I slept in till 10:30 the next morning it was awesome. During the day we went shopping and to the botanical gardens at the Bellagio. Scott B, The Smailes, Us, and Ty J.

Kirk under the shooting water
Me, the shooting water and huge scarecrow...
there was this weird tree creature that Alyssa and I got a picture with.
After the Cashman that night a few of us got together to hand out at the hotel... We were going to go night bowling but just our luck....world championship for bowling held right there at our hotel. So we parused around.
We found ourselves in the casino.. Alyssa and I did the penny slots. and wasted 97 cents..... I really don't understand why people gamble it is so boring and such a waste of time.

We all got carded....

We tried our hand at roulette...It was okay but we all lost everything.. But I guess we were excpecting that and it was cheap entertainment.. But I think I am done with gambling... I would rather buy ice cream. It was good to get back to Cedar and Kyden but I am not gonna lie it was a blast!

Sounds like you had a great time. Glad you could sleep in. Those times are few and far between.
